What types of apartments are offered at Complexe 93?
Complexe 93 offers twelve studios’ units, two lofts and several apartments with one-, two- or three-bedrooms.
What are your rates?
Rates vary depending on the length of stay, the type of unit chosen, and whether housekeeping services are included. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.
What services and amenities are included in the apartment?
The apartments are fully furnished, heated, and include electricity. They also feature cable TV, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen for 4 to 8 people, depending on the apartment type.
Is there free parking?
Yes. We have ample parking all around the property. Parking spaces are not reserved according to apartment number.
Is there a laundry room on site?
Yes. A shared laundry room ($) is available for all tenants.
Can I leave my apartment before the originally scheduled date?
Yes. You can terminate your lease by giving us written notice 30 days before your departure date.
Is it possible to reserve multiple units for a business?
Yes. It is possible to rent multiple apartments, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes. Our team is available 24/7 at (819) 824-9651 or directly at the reception desk of the Hotel Continental (932 3rd Avenue, Val-d’Or).
The size of the apartments isn’t suitable for me. Do you offer other options?
Of course! We also have apartments available at the Auberge Sullivan, as well as several rooms with kitchenettes available for short, medium, or long stays at the Hotel Continental.
